摘要
本文从教学督导的涵义出发,结合本校教学督导工作的实践,总结了督导工作"三个相结合"的做法及取得的成效,剖析了督导工作中存在的"三重三轻"问题,提出了加强督导工作的建议。
This paper,based on the practice of instruction supervision in the college,summarizes the performances and achievements of instruction supervision in college and analyzes some problems existing in the practice and finally suggests solution to improvement in instruction supervision.
