摘要
目的分析老年Ⅱ型糖尿病者缺血性心脏病相关因素。方法对９６例伴有和不伴有缺血性心脏病的患者进行病程、糖脂代谢、２４小时尿蛋白和空腹胰岛素分析。结果前者平均糖尿病病程、ＦＢＧ、ＰＢＧ、ＧＨＢ、ＦＩＮＳ、Ｔｃｈ和２４小时尿蛋白明显高于后者（Ｐ＜００５）。结论老年ＮＩＤＤＭ缺血性心脏病与病程、糖脂代谢异常、高胰岛素。
bjective Analysis of the factors related to ischemic heart disease with NIDDM. Method Comparison of serum lipid, glucose level, daily urine protein and insulin level between aged NIDDM patients complicated with ischemic heart disease and those free from ischemic heart disease. Results The average course of DM, fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting insulin concentration, cholesterol and daily urine protein in patients complicated with ischemic heart disease were higher than those free form ischemic heart disease (p<005).Conclusion Ischemic heart disease in aged NIDDM were related to the course of DM, serum lipid, glucose insulin levels and daily urine protein.
