摘要
目的：为学校健康教育提供依据。方法：对某医学院校一、三年级学生846名进行了性观念和婚恋观念的问卷调查。结果：74％的同学认为恋爱目的是为了选择人生伴侣。在选择配偶时考虑的前5位条件是：诚实可靠（80.9％）、富有感情（7．5％）、受过良好教育（47．5％）、身体健康（56．5％）和长相好（12．6％），但男女生存在差异。择偶时希望配偶比自己受教育程度高和经济状况好的比例，女生分别为34.2％和29.6％，而男生仅为2．6％和3．7％；希望配偶比自己长相好的比例男生为24．5％，而女生对此仅为2.8％。男女生对非婚性行为态度宽容，持认同态度的占45．6％。结论：当代大学生大多具有正确的婚恋观和性观念，虽然传统观念对大学生还有一定影响，但现代科学教育对他们影响更深。
objective: To provide scientific basis for health education in universities. Methods: Attitudes towards sex, love and marriage were surveyed using questionnaires among 846 of the first -year and third - year students at a medical university.Results: Seventy-four percent of students considered that being in love was for choosing life partner. The first five considerations in choosing spouse were honest and reliable(80. 9% ), being full of affection(73.5% ), well - educated(67. 5%), healthy (56.5%) and being good -looking(12. 6% ). There were different ideas between males and females in choosing their life partners. The proportion of respondents who hoped their sponses were better than themselves in education and salary. were 34.2 %, 29. 6% for femalestudents and 2. 6%, 3. 7% for male students respechtively. The percentage of respondents who hoped their spouses were better then themselves in looks were 2. 8% for females and 24. 5 % for males. Attitude of some respondents towards sexual intercourse was tolerant. Conclusions: Now many medical students have correct attitudes towards sex, love and marriage,mordern eduation of science has more influence on them than traditional ideas.
