摘要
目的:评价在大学园区开设生殖健康教育公选课的效果,为进一步探讨适合大学生生殖健康教育的方式和内容提供依据。方法:大学园区各高校二年级的学生自愿报名参加,专职教师讲课,授课前、后同一试卷内容进行考试,考试方式为闭卷,由专人监考和评分,并对试卷结果进行分析。结果:大学生生殖健康知识知晓率由授课前的4.10%.50.68%上升到授课后的72.60%-100.00%,差异非常显著。男、女生授课前考试成绩无显著性差异,授课后女生成绩明显高于男生,差异显著(t=9.45,P〈0.05)。结论:在校大学生生殖健康知识的知晓率非常低,通过生殖健康教育公选课的学习,可迅速提高大学生生殖健康知识的知晓率;女大学生对生殖健康方面的知识较男生更加重视。在大学园区内开设生殖健康教育公选课是非常有必要的,但仍需改进,以吸引更多的男生参加并重视生殖健康教育公选课的学习。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of the selective course on generative health opened for college students in university zone, so that the suitable course contents and teaching methods can be built and/or improved. Methods: To open a selective course on generative health to all sophomore students in university zone, give close - papered examinations at the beginning and in the end of the course, and analyze the difference of the two examinations and score distribution of each examination. Results: The ratios of students who know the basic generative health knowledge before and after the course change dramatically from 4. 1% - 50. 68% to 76.6% - 100%, which shows a distinct statistic difference; the score distribution at the beginning of the course examination have almost no difference between man and woman students, but in the end of the course, woman students get much higher scores than man students. Conclusion: Current college students have little knowledge about generative health and it is urgently necessary to open such kind of selective course for them; necessary changes on both teaching methods and course management need to be taken to attract and encourage more number and more interests of man students to know the basic generative health knowledge.
