Electrophysiological changes in peripheral nerve elongation with tissue expander

摘要 研究神经牵拉延长后的变化以提供临床参考。方法:使用自行设计的组织扩张器,在15只家免正中神经做成体内神经牵拉延长模型,观察神经延长过程中的电生理学改变。结果:神经延长6.7%-11.7%时,活动电位振幅下降至延长前的64%,活动电位曲线下面积下降至下降前的77%。神经延长11.7%-18.3%时,活动电位振幅和曲线下面积均下降至延长前的33%。结论:用该法在短期内一次性完成对神经的损伤明显大于缓慢分次延长,神经在一定延长长度范围内,神经的功能下降是可复的。 A tissue expander wasdesigned and used for elongating median nerves in rabbits.The electro- physiological changes in the procedure of nerve elongation wasrecorded . The resultshowed the amplitude of active potential reduced to 64 % of that before elongation and the area under the curve of nerve active potential reduced to 77 % .when the elongation rate was 6 . 7 % - 1 1 . 7 % . the amplitude and area under the curve both reduced to 33 % , when the elongation rate was 1 1 . 7 % - 1 8 . 3 % . The impairment of nerves were more serious in on time short period elongation than in slow elongation . The impairment was reversible within certain ex- tent of elongation which has the potential to be used in nerve repair .
