摘要
在手术显微镜下逐层解剖显露家兔正中神经和坐骨神经,观察Fontana带在神经干表面及切除外膜、分离束膜后的形态。进一步用组织学方法证实Fontana带即是神经纤维以束为单位在外膜下形成的三维迂曲走行结构。牵引延长使这种结构消失时的神经干延长率,在家兔坐骨神经为10.72±0.26%,成犬的坐骨神经为8.50±0.18%
he Fontana’s spiral nerve band was
observed in rabbit median and sciatic nerves both before and
after removing the epineurium and incising the perin eurium by
the microscope. The longitudinal histologic sections of the nerves
demonstrated that Fontana’s spiral nerve bands were probably a
thrce dimensional tortuous structure of the nerve fibers within a
fascicle. Experimentalnerve stretching was then conducted on
sciatic nerve in 20 rabbits 10 dogs to observe its max-imum
elongation before the disappearence of Fontana’s spirtal bands. They
were measured as10. 72±0. 26% in rabbit and 8.5±0. 18% in dog.No
evident nerve damages were observed histo-logically within the above
elongatiom.
