摘要
为研究肌电图等综合电生理检查对臂丛神经根性损伤的诊断价值，对３７６例臂丛神经损伤的综合电生理表现进行了分析．其中根性受损２２６例，占６０．１％，且２／３伤情复杂，损伤平面不一，并对其进行了分类诊断．部分病例作了手术随诊，诊断符合率为９３．９％．综合电生理检查为临床治疗方法的选择提供了有力的依据，同时对其诊断的标准作了修正．
Brachial plexus root injuries often have complex manifestations. To evaluate the value of electrophysiological examination in the diagnosis, analysis such as EMG,SNAP, SEP were carried out in 376cases of brachial plexus injuries, of which 226 cases were root injuries, comprising 60. 1 %. Two thirdsof these cases had multiple level wound. Classified diagnosis was made. Part of the cases had been followed up after operation,which showed 93. 9% of the lesions were correlated with the electrophysiological findings. The electrophysiological analysis provided reliable criteria in deciding the proper management clinically. We also proposed a modification of the criteria currently used in electrophysiologicaldiagnosis.
