摘要
目的 通过对２６例腰椎滑脱手术治疗患者的临床分析，探讨腰椎滑脱的手术方式问题。方法２６例患者采用椎板减压，滑脱椎体复位及椎间植骨融合术。结果所有病人原有症状均获改善。本组随访１２～４２个月，平均１４．５个月，优良率８４．６％．融合率９２．４％。结论对于腰椎滑脱的病人，最基本的目的是恢复脊柱的生物力学功能，解除对神经牵拉和压迫，恢复正常矢状而曲线，改善功能。
Objective: Purpose Through the analysis of 26 cases of spondylolisthesis treated with surgery. the surgical procedures were reevaluated. Methods 26 patients were treated with decompression, reduction of sliding ver- tebra and posterior intervertebral body fusion. Results All patients had satisfactory pain relief. The duration of follow- up ranged from 12 to 42 months, with an average of 14. 5 months, the satisfactory rate and fusion rate reach 84.6% and 92.4% respectively. Conclusions For the surgical treatment of lumber spondylolisthesis. the major goal is spon- dylolisthesis could restore normal mechanics and saggital curve of the lumber spine, relieve neural compression and im- prove the funtion.
