HIF1α、Glut1在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨HIF1α、G lut1在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义,并分析两者的相关性。方法:用免疫组化S-P法检测15例正常子宫内膜、17例不典型增生子宫内膜、45例子宫内膜癌组织中HIF1α、G lut1的表达。结果:HIF1α、G lut1在子宫内膜癌和不典型增生子宫内膜中的阳性率明显高于正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在子宫内膜癌组织中HIF1α蛋白阳性表达率与组织病理学分级、手术病理分期无关(P>0.05),但与肌层浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);G lut1随病理组织学分级的增加、手术病理分期的进展、肌层浸润深度的加深和淋巴结转移,其阳性率逐渐上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIF1α蛋白、G lut1蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.741,P=0.000)。结论:HIF1α、G lut1蛋白的异常表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有一定的关系。 Objective:To study the expression and significance of HIF1α、 protein, Glut1 protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining S-P method was used to detect the expression of HIF1α and Glut1 in 15 cases of normal endometrium, 16 cases of atypical endometrium and 45 cases of edometrial andenocarcinoma. Results:The positive expression rate of HIF1α, Glut1 in endometrial adenocareinoma and atypical endometrium were higher than that in normal endometrium ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no association between HIF1α expression and histological grade or surgical-pathologic staging. But the expression of HIF1α was significantly correlated with the depth of myometrial invasion and lymphatic metastasis;with the increase of histological grade, surgical-pathologic staging, muscular invasion and lymphatic metastasis the expression of Glut1 was increased;positive correlation was also found between Glut1 and HIF1α expression (r = 0. 741, P = 0. 000). Conclusion: The variation of Glut1 and HIF1α expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma may contribute to the pathogenesis and development of the endometrical cancer.
