摘要
目的:研究葡萄糖转运蛋白-1(GLUT-1)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达,探讨其与恶性卵巢肿瘤临床分期、组织学分级、组织学分类、转移及预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法(SP法)对30例卵巢癌、8例交界性卵巢肿瘤、12例良性卵巢肿瘤组织中的GLUT-1和MMP-2进行检测。结果:GLUT-1和MMP-2在恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤组织,差异有显著性(P<0.01);GLUT-1及MMP-2的阳性表达与患者的临床分期有关,临床期别越高,阳性表达率越高;与组织学分类及组织学分级无关。GLUT-1及MMP-2在发生转移的恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达明显增加,两者在卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达呈正相关(相关系数rs=0.646,P<0.01)。结论:GLUT-1和MMP-2在卵巢癌的发生发展过程中可能起重要作用。
Objective: To study the expression of glucose transporter protein 1 (GLUT - 1 ) and matrix metalloproteinase -2 ( MMP - 2) in the tissue of benign, borderline and malignant ovarian tumor and to explore the correlation between the expression of GLUT - 1 and MMP -2 and the malignant status, including clinical stage, histological grade, histological types, metastasis and prognosis. Methods: Randomly selected 50 cases of ovarian tumor specimen, including 30 cases of human ovarian carcinomas, 8 cases of human ovarian borderline ovarian tumors and 12 cases of benign ovarian tumors. Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of GLUT - 1 and MMP -2 in tissues of ovarian tumor. Results: The positive expression rates of GLUT- 1 and MMP- 2 in human borderline and malignant ovarian tumors were higher than those in human benign ovarian tumors ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . The positive expressions of GLUT - 1 and MMP - 2 were correlated with the clinical stage, the higher clinical stage, the higher positive expression rate. There" re no correlations with histological type and grade. The expression levels of GLUT - 1 and MMP - 2 in human malignant ovarian tumor with metastasis were higher, there was significant association between GLUT - 1 and MMP - 2 expression (r = 0. 646, P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion : GLUT - 1 and MMP - 2 may play great roles in the origin and progression of ovarian cancer.
