子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜caspase 3的表达研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:研究子宫内膜异位症患者子宫在位内膜和异位内膜的caspase 3表达,探讨caspase 3在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的意义。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测正常人子宫内膜和子宫内膜异位症患者的子宫在位内膜与异位内膜caspase 3蛋白的表达。结果:各组标本caspase 3蛋白的表达均阳性,子宫内膜异位症患者子宫在位内膜与异位内膜的caspase 3表达灰度值分别为63.74±2.35,55.18±1.84,均低于对照组正常人子宫内膜(70.82±2.39),差异有显著性(P<0.05);子宫内膜异位症内患者子宫在位内膜与异位内膜的caspase 3表达水平差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:caspase 3在子宫内膜异位症患者在位和异位内膜的低水平表达,介导细胞调亡的失调可能是影响子宫内膜异位症形成和发展的重要因素之一。 ObjectiveTo study of expression of caspase 3 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis and the role on the pathogenesis of this disease. Methods The expression of caspase 3 in 70 cases of endometriosis patients was detected by immunohistochemistry methods. Results Caspase 3 protein was found in all specimens and the expression of caspase 3 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium from patients with endometriosis was 55. 18± 1. 84 and 63. 74 ± 2. 35, respectively, which was significantly lower than that of normal women endometrium (70.82±2.39) (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Patients with endometriosis women show down regulation of caspase 3 expression in ectopic and eutopic endometrium, the abnormal expression is related to apoptosis. The decrease of apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
