摘要
目的探讨体外培养子宫腺肌病和子宫肌瘤在位内膜腺细胞的增殖及凋亡的改变。方法用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)半定量分析Ki-67 mRNA和Caspase-3 mRNA在子宫腺肌病(病例组)和子宫肌瘤(对照组)内膜腺细胞的表达。结果病例组增生期和分泌期腺细胞较对照组表达Ki-6 mRNA增强(P<0.05,P<0.001)。病例组增生期腺细胞Caspase-3 mRNA表达较对照组明显下降(P<0.01),病例组分泌期腺细胞Caspase-3 mRNA表达与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜腺细胞凋亡与增殖失衡可能是子宫腺肌病的发病机制之一。
Objective To explore the proliferation and apoptosis of the endometrial glandular epithelial cells from adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma cultured in vitro. Methods The expression of Caspase-3 mRNA and Ki-67 mRNA in the endometrial glandular epithelial cells from patients with adenomyosis( adenomyosis group)and uterine leiomyoma( control group)was detected by semiquantitative RT-PCR. Results The expression of Ki-67 mRNA of the glandular epithelial cells in adenomyosis group was higher than in control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 001 ). In proliferative phase, the expression of Caspase-3 mRNA of the glandular epithelial cells in adenomyosis group was lower than in control group( P 〈 0.01 ). But in the secretory phase ,the expression of Caspase-3 mRNA of the glandulax epithelial cell showed no significant difference between 2 groups. Conclusion The unbalance of apoptosis and proliferation in the endometrial glandular epithelial cell may be one of pathogenesis of adenomyosis.
