污泥干化焚烧过程中的能量平衡及经济性分析 被引量:19

ENERGY BALANCE IN DRYING INCINERATION PROCESS OF SLUDGE AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS THEREOF

摘要 选取典型城市生活污泥,以能量平衡分析为基础,分别计算了污泥直接焚烧和干化焚烧2种情况下所需要的辅助燃料量(以煤为例),并得出了干化焚烧综合处理过程中辅助燃料总消耗量和能量利用率随干化程度的变化关系。计算结果表明,对污泥进行适当干化后再焚烧较为合理。给出了辅助燃料消耗量和能量利用率曲线,为污泥干化焚烧经济运行提供了一种理论分析方法。 Based on the energy balance analysis,and taking typical city domestic sludge as example,the amount of auxilliary fuel(as coal) needed for direct incineration and drying + incineration has been calculated respectively.The variation relationship of the total auxilliary fuel amount(or energy utilization ratio) along with the drying degree in comprehensive disposal process of drying + incineration being obtained.Result of calculation show that it is comparatively reasonable to dry the studge at first,and then being incinerized.The curves of auxilliary fuel consumption amount and energy utilization ratio have been given,providing theoritic analysis method for economic operation in the drying + incineration process of sludge.
