热泵除湿干燥系统循环风旁通率的试验 被引量:4

摘要 结合试验,分析循环风的状态与热泵除湿干燥系统能耗的关系。结果表明:循环风的旁通率对热泵除湿干燥系统的除湿比能耗具有一定的影响;不同干燥介质状态下,存在一个最佳的旁通率,此时热泵除湿干燥系统的除湿比能耗最低。 About 40% to 70% of total energy used for manufacturing wood products is consumed for drying wood. It is critical to increase the drying efficiency and improve drying energy consumption. A heat-pump drying system is a typical wood drying facility used in China. The objective of this study was to improve the drying system by optimizing the wind circulation. The relation between cycling-wind and energy consumption was examined in this paper. The results showed that the bypass-rate of cycling-wind had a significant effect on the specific power consumption (SPC) of a heat-pump drying system.
