摘要
热泵干燥技术具有良好的除湿效果和节能效益。叙述了我国有关热泵干燥技术在脱水蔬菜干燥加工中的应用状况,指出了目前热泵应用中存在的主要问题。为了推广热泵干燥技术在脱水蔬菜加工中广泛应用,提出了加强对干燥工艺的研究、热泵和其他干燥方法联合应用的研究以及开发专用热泵等措施。
The heat pump drying technology has higher dehumidifying effect and energy efficiency.Its application in dehydrated vegetable processing in our country was described,and the existing problems in using heat pump were indicated.And it was put out that in order to use heat pump extensively in dehydrated vegetable processing,it was necessary to intensify researches on drying technique,to unite heat pump and other drying methods for use,and to develop special heat pump.
