摘要
目的:观察还原性谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法:60例酒精性肝病患者随机分A组(治疗组)和B组(对照组),分别用还原性谷胱甘肽和门冬氨酸钾镁治疗,均口服维生素E及益肝灵。疗程均为15d。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.005);治疗组显效所需时间平均为(8.7±5.4)d,明显少于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组ALT、AST、r-GT下降幅度均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:还原性谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病疗效较好,优于门冬氨酸钾镁。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of Glutathlone on the treatment of alcoholic liver diseases.Methods：60patients with alcoholic liver diseases were randomly divied into group A and group B.Patients in Group A received Glutathlone for fifteen days,Patients in Group B received potassium magnesium aspartcote for fifteen days.Results：In Group A,at the end of treatment, the total effective rate was 93.3% ,which was significantly higher than that in Group B （P 〈0.005） .Time of marked effective was （8.7 ±5.4）d,which was significantly shorter than that in Group B （P 〈0.01）.The decrease of ALT and AST and r-GT after treatment were more significant in Group A than that in Group B （P 〈0.01） .Conclusion：Glutathlone has better efficacy than potassium magnesium aspartate on the treatment of patients with alcoholic liver disease.Patients with alcoholic liver diseases shoud be advised to receive Glutathlone.
