复方甘草甜素联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察复方甘草甜素联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法将72例酒精性肝病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,前者给予复方甘草甜素联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,后者单用复方甘草甜素治疗,疗程均为6周。结果治疗组和对照组的显效率分别为33.33%、19.44%(P<0.05),治疗后总胆红素分别为(21.55±10.63)(、39.72±10.68)mmol/L(P<0.01)。治疗组未发现明显不良反应。结论复方甘草甜素联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病有效、安全、明显缩短黄疸复常时间。 Objective To observe the curative effect of compound glyeyrrhizin(SNMC) combined with reduced glutahione(GSH) on alcoholic liver disease. Methods All 72 patients with ALD were divided into treatment group and control group;the treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin and reduced glutathione, while the control group was treated only with compound glycyrrhizin. The courses of both groups were 6 weeks. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 33.33% and 19.44% respectively (P(0.05) ; their respective total bilimbin after treatment were (21.55 ± 10.63) mmol/L and (39.72 ± 10.68)mmol/L (P〈0.01). No significant adverse reactions were found in the treatment group. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with reduced glutathione is an effective and safe therapy for the treatment of alcoholic liver disease and can significantly shorten the jaundice recovery time.
