摘要
目的:研究四物汤对环磷酰胺致小鼠“贫血”模型红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立小鼠“贫血”动物模型,同时给小鼠灌服不同剂量四物汤,采用酵母菌花环法,测定四物汤对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能指标的影响。结果:四物汤能明显提高“贫血”小鼠的红细胞C3b受体(RBC-C3bR)花环率,降低红细胞免疫复合物(RBC-IC)花环率,与模型对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:①“贫血”小鼠的红细胞免疫功能呈明显低下状态。②古方四物汤具有恢复红细胞免疫功能的作用。
Objective：To study the effect Si Wu Tang of on red blood cell（RBC）immunity in mice with Anemis induced by Cyelophamide.Methods：This Anemia model was made in mloe by i.p.Cyelophamide.The targota of RBC immuna funetions of Anemia mice were beiected by using yeast rosctte method after treatment with different doses of SiWu Tang orally.Reaults：SiWu Tang could markodly olovate RBC-C3b rosette rate and depress RBC immunecomplex rosetter rate of mice when compared with model control group（P〈0.01）.Conoluaion：①The RBC immune funotion was low in anemis mice;②The SiWu Tang was able to increase the RBC immune function.
