摘要
本文观察了Ge—132对老年人细胞免疫功能的影响。选择55～75岁老年人30例,每天口服Ge—132 50mg,连服20天后测定各项细胞免疫指标。结果显示,Ge—132可使活性E 花环率、淋巴细胞转化率和NK 细胞活性显著提高,并使总T 细胞,TH 细胞增加,Ts 细胞减少,TH 细胞与Ts 细胞的比值上升。表明Ge—132能明显增强老年人的细胞免疫功能。
This article reports the effects of Ge—132 on the cellular immunefunction in 30 healthy aged subjects(55—75 years old).The results indicated thatGe—132 was able to enhance killng activity of NK cells and induce the mit-ogenesis of Iymphocytes and increase of activated E—RFC(Ea).In addition,thepercentages of CD_3^+ and CD_4^+ cells as well as the ratio of CD_4/CD_8 increased,while the CD_8^+ subset decreased.These results show that Ge—132 is highly eff-ective in elevating the cellular immune response of the aged.
