摘要
通过多年来管理和培养研究生的工作经历 ,对研究生教育和培养的一些问题进行了思考 ,着重从明确培养目标、制定合理的培养方案、注重研究生政治思想和综合素质培养及注重导师队伍建设等方面进行了探讨。
After many years of experiences of managing and training graduates,the authors mainly discuss some problems occurring in graduates'education and training and the article explores many aspects such as designating training purposes,laying out reasonable training schemes,emphasizing graduates' political cendency and comprehensive quality cultivation and strengthening the force of supervisors.
