摘要
随着硕士研究生招生规模的不断扩大,如何提高硕士研究生的培养水平、优化培养模式已经成为高层次人才教育面临的重要课题。本文详细而客观地分析了现行体制下的研究生培养模式的种种弊端,并进一步分析了培养的研究生质量不高的主要原因,在此基础上,提出研究生培养最佳方式是实行导师团队负责制。并结合本院资源勘查工程专业学科自身特点,建立学习与讨论团队,鼓励硕士研究生积极参加学校举办的各种学术活动,在提高研究生自身专业素质的同时,还要加强研究生的学术修养和自身综合素质的提高,为国家输出有用合格的高级人才。
With the constant amplification of postgraduate enrollment,it has become a crucial topic to consider how to improve the cultivation level of postgraduates. This paper analyzes the current mistakes of postgraduate cultivation in detail,and further analyzes the main reason of the low quality of postgraduates,and finally proposes the best way of postgraduate cultivation is to carry out instructor group responsibility system.
