摘要
论述了在市场经济条件下,高校办学势必要考虑人才市场的需要。高校已逐渐由人才输出主体转变为人才推荐、推出,达到被接收的主体。对高校毕业生就业现状进行剖析,并集中探讨影响高校毕业生就业难的若干因素,就此提出了加强大学生的就业指导,树立新的就业观;调整高等教育的专业设置,适应经济发展的需要;完善劳动立法;提倡自主创业;搭建产学平台,实现校企合作;拓宽就业渠道,确保毕业生出口畅通等解决就业难的对策。
Under market economy, it is inevitable for colleges and universities to consider the demand of the market. They have changed from the mainstay of exporting talents into the mainstay to be accepted by recommending, introducing talents. This paper analyzes the status quo of the employment of graduates merit ning of colleges and universities, discusses emphatically the various elements making ployment of the employdifficult, and thus puts forward countermeasures to the employment difficulty such as strengtheemployment orientation to develop new views of employment, adjusting curricula of higher education to adapt to the demands of economic development, perfecting labor legislation, advocating self-employment, constructing industry and school platform to realize the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and expanding employment channels to guarantee the expedite exert of graduates.
