摘要
大学毕业生就业难,表现了大学毕业生的现状与人才需求市场之间不完全适应的矛盾,要从深化以就业为导向的高等教育的改革上来加以解决。大学毕业生就业难,也反映出大学毕业生就业观念中存在着不良的思想倾向,要通过思想教育,特别是当前社会主义荣辱观的教育来加以引导。
The difficulty in the undergraduates＇ employment is one of the growing problems in the ＂Prime Development Stage＂ of our economic society, which should be understood through Scientific Concept of Development.The difficulty shows that the status quo of undergraduates does not fully meet the demands of the human resources market, which should be settled through educational reforms oriented to proper direction. The difficulty also reflects the undergraduates＇ negative thoughts of employment. It can be instructed through ideological education, especially the ideas on honors and shames of socialism.
