摘要 为了探讨降解农药残留的新途径,采用生化制剂处理喷洒过氯氰菊酯农药的白菜,通过气相色谱法测定白菜中氯氰菊酯的残留量,同时进行了试管内生化制剂与氯氰菊酯农药直接作用的试验,以此观察生化制剂对氯氰菊酯农药的降解情况。结果表明,生化制剂对白菜中的氯氰菊酯农药残留具有显著降解作用,试验范围内的降解率为12.38% ̄57.19%,降解率随制剂浓度的增加而增高。试管试验结果与生化制剂处理蔬菜的试验相似,降解率为27.19% ̄29.07%。生化制剂降解氯氰菊酯农药残留的作用机理可能与生化制剂中的包括降解酶在内的多种生化成分有关。 A new method of degrading pesticide residues was investigated utilizing treatment with a biochemical preparation sprayed onto cabbage previously treated with the pesticide cypermethrin. Cypermethrin residue levels in cabbage were determined by gas chromatography, while simultaneously determining the degradation effect of the biochemical preparation when placed in direct contact with cypermethrin in a test tube. The biochemical preparation caused significant degradation of cypermethrin residues in cabbage, with degradation rates of 12.38 to 57.19%. Degra- dation rates increased with increasing concentration of the biochemical preparation. Test tube experiment results were similar to those in treated cabbage, with degradation rates of 27.19 to 29.07%. The mechanism of cypermethrin residue degradation by the biochemical preparation may be related to metabolizing enzymes and several other biochemical ingredients contained in the preparation.
