摘要
借助均匀设计法合理安排试验及应用计算机拟合技术科学地进行了氯氰菊酯的毛细管气相色谱检测条件的设计与优化的研究,建立了相关的数学模型.成功地求出了柱温258.8℃、压力17.3Pa时能够满足出峰时间快、峰型好的气相色谱检测条件,优化色谱条件的方法具有广泛的应用价值.
The even design examination and computer technology are applied to the study on design and optimization of capillary gas chromatographic detection conditions, and mathematic model is established in the article. The capillary gas chromatographic detection conditions—temperature is 258.8℃ and pressure is 17.3Pa—that can satisfy apex speed and well-shape are successfully obtained. Also, the detection conditions have extensive value in use.
