摘要
从杭州农药厂废水排放口污泥中分离到1株能降解部分拟除虫菊酯和一硫代磷酸酯类杀虫剂的广谱性降解菌YF11.该菌球杆状,大小(1.5~1.7)μm×(2.5~2.8)μm,革兰氏阴性,4根周生鞭毛.菌落圆形,边缘整齐,表面光滑,凸状隆起.生长最适温度30℃,最适pH7.0~7.5.好氧,氧化酶阳性.能利用蔗糖、阿拉伯糖、山梨糖、乳糖、七叶灵、果糖等,但不能利用淀粉和核糖、DNA中G+C含量为61.7mol%(Tm).根据上述特征,分离株被鉴定为产碱菌属(Alcaligenes)的一个未知种.该分离株可降解氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷。
A bacterial strain, labeled as YF11, was isolated from sludge near Pesticide Factory of Hangzhou.The cells of the bacterium are bacilli,(1.5~1.7)μm×(2.5~2.8)μm,gram negative,4 around flagella. Colonies are round,smooth with regular edge.Optium conditions for growth are 30 ℃ and pH 7.0~7.5. The bacterium is aerobic and oxidase positive. They can use some carbohydrates such as sucrose, arabinose, mannose, lactose, esculin, fructoseas substrates for growth, but not starch and ribose. The DNA base composition is 61.7 mol% G+ C ( Tm) . Based on its morphological appearances and physiological characteristics,the isolated strain YF11 was identified as an unknown species of Alcaligenes . The isolated strain YF11 is capable of degrading fenvalerate, deltamethrin, cyhalothrin,fenpropathrin, cypermethrin, permethrin, parathin, parathion methyl, fenitrothion.
