摘要
轴承预载荷的取值在很大程度上影响着高速角接触球轴承的动态性能。本文综合分析了角接触球轴承接触应力、刚度、陀螺力矩、旋滚比、打滑率和寿命等一系列特征参数 ,采用多目标函数进行优化计算分析 ,给出了角接触球轴承的最佳预载荷确定方法。附图 4幅 ,表 2个 ,参考文献 2篇。
Dynamic performance of high speed angular contact ball bearings is affected by the preload's magnitude to a considerable degree. This paper adopts extensive objective functions to optimize several important performance parameters, such as contact stress, gyroscopic moment, stiffness, slide/roll ratio, skiddling rate and life, to attain the method of definiting the angular ball bearings optimum preload.
