摘要
采用次氯酸钠氯化法及高锰酸钾氧化法对羊毛织物进行丝光防缩处理,获得了较为理想的结果。通过调整工艺参数———氧化剂用量、温度、pH值、处理时间,获得了最佳防缩处理工艺条件。通过对比实验得出结论:适当的处理工艺可使KMnO4处理法获得类似于氯化剂与羊毛织物作用的良好效果,从而可用“绿色环保”的氧化剂KMnO4处理法代替传统的氯化剂处理法。
We applied two methods In the process of anti-felting treatments for wool , one was chlorination treatment and the other was KMnO4 oxidation treatment. By means of manipulating the treating parameters, such as concentration of the reagent, temperature, pH, time. we acquired the treating condition to best modify the surface properties of the wool fabrics. Meanwhile we found that KMnOacould be a possible substitute of NaCIO in the anti--felting treatments for wool.
