摘要
文章研究了高锰酸钾的浓度、处理温度及时间对羊毛氧化性能的影响。通过显微镜观察发现,羊毛经高锰酸钾高温长时间处理后,鳞片会受到一定程度的损伤。用此方法处理的羊毛纤维,手感柔软,白度较好,有一定的防缩效果,并可在较低温度下进行染色。高锰酸钾对羊毛的氧化能力随浓度、处理温度及时间的增加而增加,但羊毛的白度和低温染色时的K/S值并不随之增加。
It researched the oxidation performance of potassium permanganate to wool from the concentration of potassium permanganate, treatment time and temperature in this article. By observing below microscope, treating with potassium permanganate for long time at high temperature, the wool scales were damaged to a certainty degree, After treatment, the wool had more soft handle, whiteness was better, and had some anti-shrink effect. It also can be dyed at low temperature. As the concentration of potassium permanganate, treatment time and temperature increase, the oxidation performance enhance, but the whiteness and the K/S value which dyed at low temprature don't increase like this.
