摘要
通过固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定了杜鹃中的几类黄酮．用80％甲醇回流提取杜鹃样品中的黄酮，提取液经Waters Sep—Park—C18固相萃取小柱预分离，以Waters Xterra^TM C18（150×4．6mm，Ф3．5μm）色谱柱为固定相，甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱，杜鹃中的几类黄酮得以分离和测定．新方法标准回收率95％-105％。RSD为1．6％-2．5％．
The determination of flavonouids in rhododendron was studied by a solid phase extraction High Performance Liquid Chromatography （SPE -HPLC ） method. The rhododendron flavonouids was extracted from rhododendroon with 80% methanol, then subjected to be purified by solid phase extraction with Sep - Pak - C18 cartridge. Rufin, quercetin and other rhondodendron flavonouids can be separated and determinated on a Waters Xterra^TM C18（150×4.6mm,Ф3.5μm） column, with methanol- water gradient elution as mobile phase. The recoveries of rhododendron flavonouids are 95% - 105%, and relative standard deviations are 1.6% -2.5%.
