摘要
通过固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定了杜鹃中的几类黄酮.用80%甲醇回流提取杜鹃样品中的黄酮,提取液经Waters Sep—Park—C18固相萃取小柱预分离,以Waters Xterra^TM C18(150×4.6mm,Ф3.5μm)色谱柱为固定相,甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,杜鹃中的几类黄酮得以分离和测定.新方法标准回收率95%-105%。RSD为1.6%-2.5%.
The determination of flavonouids in rhododendron was studied by a solid phase extraction High Performance Liquid Chromatography (SPE -HPLC ) method. The rhododendron flavonouids was extracted from rhododendroon with 80% methanol, then subjected to be purified by solid phase extraction with Sep - Pak - C18 cartridge. Rufin, quercetin and other rhondodendron flavonouids can be separated and determinated on a Waters Xterra^TM C18(150×4.6mm,Ф3.5μm) column, with methanol- water gradient elution as mobile phase. The recoveries of rhododendron flavonouids are 95% - 105%, and relative standard deviations are 1.6% -2.5%.
