摘要
分析槲皮素-卵磷脂复合物制备的影响因素,并对其进行热分析。将槲皮素和大豆卵磷脂共溶于不同非质子性溶剂中,在一定条件下进行反应,然后将反应物分离、干燥、称重,比较收率,并用DSC进行分析。生成淡黄色粘性固体,经差示量热分析发现产物与原反应物不同。槲皮素-卵磷脂复合物的形成受溶剂、反应物的浓度和反应物投料比的影响较大,形成的是一种新的化合物。
To study the affect factors for the formation of quercetin-phosphatidylcholine and thermal analysis. Using nonproton organic solvent as reaction medium, then reactions in definite conditions after reactants being separated,dryed, weighed and compared productivity, test the new compound by DSC. Make thin yellow and viscous subtances productions was neither the same as for quercetin nor the lecithin by DSC. Conclusion The formation of quercetin-phosphatidylcholine complex was greatly influenced by the solvent, concentration of reactant and reactant ratio , the new synthesized compound being gotten.
