棕榈酸果糖单酯的提纯分离 被引量:4

摘要 为了得到果糖单酯纯品,需要将果糖单酯与未反应的糖及脂肪酸、催化剂、以及其他残留物进行提纯分离。利用混合溶剂萃取的方法,对固定化脂肪酶(Novazym435)促合成的棕榈酸果糖单酯进行了提纯分离研究。结果表明,混合溶剂环己烷-乙醇-水萃取棕榈酸果糖单酯的纯度可迭93.8%,收率迭到92.5%,同时确定了萃取的最佳等件是V(环己烷):V(乙醇):V(水)=2:2:1,棕榈酸果糖单酯的初始质量浓度在0.48—0.60 mg/mL,温度为60℃。 In order to get the pure fructose monopalmitate, it is necessary to separate and purify it from the unreaction fructose, unreaction fatty acid, catalyzer and other residues. Separation and purification conditions of fructosemonopalmitate that synthesized by immobilized lipase enzyme Novozym435 using mixed solvent were investigated.The result showed that:the yield of fructose monopalmitae was 92.5% and the purity of the fructose monopalmitateobtained was 93.8%. Meanwhile, the optimized conditions were as follows: V(cyclohexane) : V(ethanol) : V(water)= 2: 2:1 ,initial concentration of fructose monopalmltate was within the limits of 0.48 -0. 6 mg/mL, the optimizedtemperature was 60℃.
