摘要
针对煤层气提纯分离所用活性炭进行氨水改性研究,探讨氨水浓度和改性时间对活性炭吸附CH4和N2的等温线、分离因子以及其表面化学结构的影响。结果表明:氨水改性后活性炭对甲烷吸附量提高了2.08%,并且分离系数由原始的5.02提高到5.38,其中吸附量的决定性因素在于活性炭样品的孔径大小,另外改性后在表面引入了碱性基团,改变了样品的极性,其中12 h,10%浓度氨水改性活性炭效果最佳。
The studies of the activated carbon modified by ammonia in the enrichment and separation of coal mine gas were carried out, and the effect of ammonia concentrate and modification time on the adsorption isotherms of CH4 and N2 , sepa- ration factors and surface chemical structure of activated carbon were discussed. The results showed that the adsorption ca- pacity of CH4of activated carbon modified with ammonia are increased by 2.08%. And the separation factors are raised from 5.02 to 5.38, and the key of the adsorption capacity is the pore size, in addition ammonia modified introduced basic groups for activated carbon surface, change the sample nature, the activated carbon modified with 12 h, 10% ammonia so- lution is the best.
