摘要
“十一五”期间,为促进区域经济、社会协调发展,必须大力推进京津冀科技协作。三方应采取各种有效措施,从区域一体化的角度切实推进京津冀科技协作与发展。本文从多个角度提出了促进京津冀科技协作与发展的对策措施。
In order to promote regional economic and social development coordinately, we must boost the scientific and technological cooperation among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei during the period of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. These three sides should take effective measures to push such scientific and technological cooperation from the view of regional integrating. This article provides countermeasures of scientific and technological cooperation among these three sides from various views.
