摘要
国家“一带一路”建设开展的5年来,区域合作与领域不断拓展。环渤海地区向陆连接丝绸之路经济带,向海连接海上丝绸之路。向东邻接东北经济区;向西沟通京津冀;向南联系着中原经济区;向北连接东北亚经济圈,具有独特的地缘优势。本文采用定性定量结合的方法对该地区区域发展与产业优势进行分析。结果表明,该区域己从过去的第二产业独大,向二、三产业并举转变,多数城市的优势产业基本形成,但集聚辐射能力仍不够突出。基于此,环渤海地区应重点发展区域合作,发挥产业聚集扩散效应,进而促进区域经济一体化协调发展。
In the past 5 years since the national "one belt and one way" construction was carried out, regional cooperation and areas have been expanding. The Bohai rim region connects the Silk Road Economic Belt to the land and the Silk Road to the sea. It links the Northeast Economic Zone to the east, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to the west, the Central Plains Economic Zone to the South and the Northeast Asian Economic Circle to the north, which has unique geographic advantages. This paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the regional development and industrial advantages of the region. The results show that the region has transformed from the former dominant secondary industry to the secondary and tertiary industries simultaneously. The dominant industries in most cities have basically formed, but the radiation capacity of agglomeration is still not prominent enough. Based on this, the Bohai rim region should focus on developing regional cooperation, giving full play to the effect of industrial agglomeration and diffusion, and then promoting the coordinated development of regional economic integration.
