摘要
The science &. technology cooperation between the east and the west means that the east andthe west cooperate in developing science and technology, improving technology management, promotingeconomic development and upgrading social culture. The main bodies of the cooperation are enterprise,government, scientific research institution and service agency, among which the enterprise is the mostimportant. The representative models of technologic innovation in foreign undeveloped regions include thefollowing forms: innovating developing model, later-comer’s advantage model, drainage areas’exploitation model, growth pole model, administering hungriness model and so on. Several domesticmodels have been shaping, such as Shanghai model, Jiangsu model, Cixi model, Dalian model, Eyu modeland Xinjiang model. The potential new models for science &. technology cooperation are knowledgeinnovation alliance model, industry structure interaction model, product cooperative innovation model andhi-tech industry parks cooperation model.
