摘要
目的探讨健康成年人外周血激活素A与卵泡休止素的关系及其在疾病状态下的变化。方法采用放射免疫测定(RIA)检测健康成年人及患者外周血激活素A水平,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测健康成年人及患者外周血卵泡休止素水平。结果健康成年人外周血激活素A水平变化与年龄成正相关,随年龄的增加,激活素A水平增高;卵泡休止素与激活素变化相似,也随年龄增加而升高;外周血卵泡休止素水平与激活素水平变化正相关,r=0.86。卵巢癌、肾功能不全患者血中激活素A水平明显升高,P<0.01与P<0.05,糖尿病及甲状腺功能亢进患者未见明显变化;卵巢癌、肾功能不全患者血中卵泡休止素水平也明显升高,P<0.01。结论人外周血激活素A与卵泡休止素水平变化成正相关,卵泡休止素与激活素A水平升高与机体年龄及疾病状态有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between activin A and follistatin in serum from normal adults and the change of activin A and follistatin in diseased conditions. Methods Activin A levels in serum were detected by RIA and follistatin levels in serum were detected by ELISA.Results The change of activin A levels in serum from normal adults has a positive correlation with age, activin A increased with age ; follistatin varied as activin A and also increased with age ; the change of follistatin and activin A levels in serum from normal adults have a positive correlation,the correlation coefficient is 0.86.Activin A levels in serum from patients suffered from ovary cancer and renal failure increased significantly, P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05,activin A from patients suffered from diabetes or hyperthyroidism had no obvious change; follistatin levels in serum from patients suffered from ovary cancer or renal failure also increased distinctly, P 〈 0.01 .Conclusion The change of follistatin and activin A levels in human serum have a positive cerrelation, both of the increase of activin A and follistatin have relationship with age and the state of disease.
