摘要
采用亲和层析纯化的人天然卵泡休止素，建立了特异的Ｆｏｌｌｉｓｔａｔｉｎ放射免疫测定法，其最小检出是每管５０ｐｇ／０．１ｍｌ，组间变异系数为２．９％，批间变异系数为４．４％，血清内添加Ｆｏｌｌｉｓｔａｔｉｎ其回收率在９０％，且与Ａｃｔｉｖｉｎ、ＡＣＴＨ、ＦＳＨ等无明显交叉反应，采用此法测得的健康成年人外周血Ｆｏｌｌｉｓｔａｔｉｎ水平在６．６～８．１ｎｇ／ｍｌ，男、女间无明显差异。
radioimmunoassay(RIA)for
measuring of follistatin has been developed.In this assay,the
minimtim detectable value waa 50pg/tube. The intra-and interassay
coefficients of variationwere 2.7%and 4.4%,respectively. Then we
examined immunoreactive follistatin levels inplasma. The
concentration of follistatin in female and male plasma was 8.1±1.
4ng/ml and 6.6±2.7ng/ml,respectively,but the difference was not
significant.
