摘要
目的改善门诊就诊秩序,使门诊护理工作更安全、快捷、有效,提高病人满意度。方法在内科门诊使用了“局域数码网络多媒体播放及平台管理系统(”简称:AIMⅡ),通过播放控制、排队服务、现场直播、药价分科等功能,与病人进行良好的沟通,指导病人就诊,合力安排病人,提高管理水平。结果改变了病人获取医院信息的方式,改善了就诊秩序,有效缩短病人候诊时间,方便病人就医。结论只有充分利用现代化信息管理系统进行科学管理,以提高门诊医疗服务水平和工作效率,才能满足病人需求。
Objective To improve the order of seeing doctors as so to make nursing work safer, quicker and more effective and to raise patients＇ satisfactory rate. Methods In Clinic Department of Internal Medicine, ＂AIM Ⅱ＂ was used. By playing control, lining service, broadcasting on live and classifying prices of medicine, they had friendly communication with patients, guided them to see doctors, managed patients reasonably and improved management level. Results They changed the way in which patients got hospital information, improved the order of seeing doctors, shorten waiting duration of patients effectively and make seeing doctors easier for patients. Conclusion The patients＇ need can only be satisfied by making full use of modern information management system to manage scientifically and improve medical service in Clinic and working efficiency.
