摘要
为满足中小型医院分诊呼叫的需求,设计了一种小型自动分诊呼叫系统,采用单片机AT89C51RC2作为主控芯片,由ISD4004语音芯片完成语音处理,并由LED屏同步显示呼叫内容,实现了医院分诊呼叫的功能。根据实际需要设计了叫号初始值设置功能,用于一些特殊情况的处理。系统设计的算法能解决数据超时、溢出等错误。系统有体积较小,价格低廉,应用灵活等特点,通过修改语音信息就可广泛用于邮政、银行、电信以及其他行业的小范围呼叫。
To meet the demand of triage queuing call in small and medium-sized hospitals, a small automatic triage queuing call system is designed, using a microcontroller AT89C51RC2 as the master chip. achieving voice processing by the ISD4004 voice chip, displaying synchronously the contents of the call by LED screen. The system realizes the function of the hospital triage calls. According to the actual needs, the function of setting initial calling number is designed, which is used in some special cases of treatment. The algorithm designed by the system can effectively solve the data time-out, overflow error, etc. The system has the feature of small volume, low price, flexible application, etc. By modifying the voice, the system can be widely used in postal services, banks, telecommunications and other industries where limited area calling is needed.
