摘要
介绍三种不同的金刚烷胺及其衍生物的测定方法,通过对比发现,在水样中所含金刚烷胺及其衍生物含量未知的情况下,纳氏-水杨酸氨氮差值法、溴甲酚绿显色法检测所得金刚烷胺及其衍生物含量的结果相近,说明这两种方法较为可靠,可用于检测废水中金刚烷胺及其衍生物含量。
Three different methods for the determination of amantadine and its derivatives were mainly introduced.Through comparison,it was found that two different method(including the Nessler-Salicylic acid ammonia nitrogen difference method and the bromocresol green colorimetric method)for detecting the content of amantadine and its derivatives were similar,indicating that these two methods are more reliable and can be used to detect the content of amantadine and its derivatives in wastewater.
