摘要
在光学显微镜下,原木灵芝孢子呈卵圆形至卵形,6.53~8.04 ×9.55~12.56μm,顶端平截或呈钝圆锥形,有时可见孢内有1~2个小油滴.在扫描电镜下,可见灵芝孢子表面分布有一些微小的凹陷或洞穴.此外,本文还观察了灵芝孢子超声波破壁的显微形态。
Optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to study the micro-morphology of the intact and wall-cracked spores of log-cultivated C. lucidum. Under OM, the spore was ovate-oblong or ovoid with truncated apex or blunt taper, a size of 6.53-8.04 × 9.55- 12.56/mi, and sometimes with one or two lipid droplets within it. Under SEM, there were some sinuous depressions or minute holes on the surface of the spore. In addition, the micro-morphology of wall-cracked spores broken by ultrasonic vibration was observed and described for the first time.
