摘要
通过对已栽培灵芝八个菌株的菌落、子实体和孢子粉的特征进行对比、分析,筛选出JG为生产灵芝孢子粉最理想的生产菌株.经对其孢子释放规律进行了较为详细的观察,发现灵芝孢子成熟后共释放40天左右,释放量由少到多,再逐渐减少,呈正态分布曲线;在一定的光照强度下,孢子释放量与光照强度呈正相关,其关系式为幂函数.
By comparing and analyzing the characters of colonies, fruitbodies, and spores of eight different strains of Ganderma Lucidum, the most ideal spore's high-yielding strain,JG, was selected. In the paper, the relatively detailed observation about the spore's releasing law of Ganderma Lucidum was made. In the period of 40 days, the releasing amount of the nature spores of Ganderma Lucidum changes obviously and shows a curve of normal distribution. Under the certain conditions, the relation between the spore's releasing amount and the light intensity is positive correlation, which can be expressed with power function.
