摘要
采用石蜡切片法对长鞭红景天根、茎、叶进行解剖学的观察和研究。结果表明:长鞭红景天显微形态结构表现出了对高山气候的高度适应性,叶的光合能力强,是光合作用的源,小茎不贮藏内含物,根和主茎是光合作用的库。
The roots,stems and leaves of Rhodiola fastigiata were studied and observed in morphological anatomy by paraffin sections methods.The results showed,the microscopic morphology structure of Rhodiola fastigiata had high adaptability power for the alpine climate,for example,the leaves were assimilation source and had high photosynthetic rate,the root and main stem were photosynthate sink and the small stems did not contain inclusion.
