摘要
从灵芝子实体用热水提取分离的灵芝多糖(GLP)对Lewis肺癌和结肠癌具有相当高的抑制生长活性,并能增强正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬作用和荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性,从而提高机体免疫功能.灵芝多糖口服给药剂量每天每公斤C57BL/6小鼠2000mg.足趾接种和腑皮下接种对Lewis肺癌的抑制率分别为53.54%~59.13 %和36.43%~42.76%;对结肠癌的抑制率分别为42.47%~49.14%和29.43%~32.09%.
The polysaccharide of Ganoderma lucidum (GLP), isolated from hot-water extracts of Ganoderma lucidum fruitbody has relatively high growth-inhibition activities against Lewis lung carcinoma and colon cancer and enhances immune function of the mice which took it. GLP is taken orally by C57BL/6 mice at a dosage of 2000mg per day and the inhibition rate of Lewis lung carcinoma by subcutaneous inoculation to mice at toe and axillary is about 53.54 %-59.13 % and 36.43 %-42.76 % respectively. The inhibition rate of colon cancer by inoculation to mice at toe and axillary is about 42.47% -49.13% and 29.43-32.09% respectively. Meanwhile, GLP enhances the phagocytosis of macrophage in abdominal cavity of normal mice and activities of NK cells of tumor-bearing mice.
