摘要
对灵芝的原生质体形成条件进行了研究.结果表明,合适的原生质体形成条件为酶组成蜗牛酶4g/L,溶壁酶5g/L;pH7.17的磷酸缓冲液;酶解温度30℃;酶解时间4h;菌龄72h;稳定剂0.6mol/L的KCl.原生质体最高产量为5.2×106个/(g·L-1).灵芝菌丝释放原生质体有顶端和边上二种方式.
The factors of formation of protoplasts from Ganoderma lucidum are studied in this paper. It shows that compound enzyses are effective to digest, and that there are two forms of protoplasts releasing of mycelia, top and edging releasing. The optima are 72 h culturing, 4.0 h digesting at 30 ℃, and the yield of the protoplasts is 5.2×10 6/(g·L -1 ).
