摘要
本文研究了金顶蘑对动物机体免疫系统的影响。结果表明,金顶蘑液体摇瓶培养菌球提取液连续口服15天,对小白鼠(1.1×10^(-4)ml Culture Liguid/kg。dry)的体液免疫系统和细胞免疫功能均有明显的增强作用(P<0.01)。
The effect of Cleurotus citrino pileatus on immune system was studied.The results show that the agueous extract of culture bottle Cleurotus citrinopileatus (0.0001ml culture liguid/kg.day),at the does given orally by fiftcen days,increases the immune systematic function of the body fluid and the cell in mice.
