摘要
加强高等学校教师的师德建设是建设高素质、高水平师资队伍的需要;是全面实施素质教育、培养新世纪合格人才的需要;是社会主义精神文明建设的需要。指出了新时期高校师德建设的基本内容:高等学校教师必须忠诚党和人民的教育事业;具有以身作则、为人师表的人格魅力;无私奉献、勇于探索、开拓创新的时代精神。提出从创造有利于师德建设的校园环境;明确道德规范,加强教师的思想教育;建立完善的培养、评价和监督机制等几个方面加强高校师德建设的措施。
The construction of higher education teacher ethics is indispensable for a teaching team with high professional level, the application of quality education, cultivation of standardized new-century talents, and realization of socialism morality. This article points out such basic contents of higher education teacher ethics in the new era as the loyalty to the Party＇s and People＇s education, a personality of seE-example, selfishness and sacrifice, characteristics of creativity and constant pursuit. Meanwhile, the article points out such measurements to strengthen the construction of higher education teacher ethics as creating favorable teacher ethics environment, clarifying ethnic regulations, advocating moral education, and building complete system of education, evaluation and moderation.
