摘要
本文分析了当前独立学院师德存在的问题和原因,并提出师德建设的对策。教师追求爱岗敬业、教书育人、为人师表组成的师德规范价值主体的实现,是师德修养的基本内容;独立学院健全激励机制,构建完善的评价体系,是师德建设的根本保证。
This paper analyzes the problems of professional ethics and the causes of the problems existing in independent colleges and puts forward the countermeasures of fostering teachers＇ professional ethics. Pursuing the achievement of values of professional ethics, which includes loving one＇s own work, educating students as well as imparting book knowledge, are the basic contents of professional ethics of teachers. The fundamental guarantee of fostering professional ethics relies on the fact that independent colleges perfect the inspiriting system and construct perfect evaluation system.
