摘要
从教师、教育和师德之间的关系、新时期高职院校师德建设的基本内涵和表现形式等方面阐述了师德建设的核心作用,提出了构建高职院校师德考核体系的设想。
This article states the core effect of professional morality construction from the relationship between teachers, education and professional morality. It also redefines the professional morality for modern higher education and makes an attempt to construct an efficient evaluation system.
